On Saturday December 2nd, Laulima Day will have local island entertainment featuring multiple, award winning halau and dance studios, Hoku award winning entertainers, local high school bands, musical school students and community programs that support our keiki. At each site, we will have KHON talent on board to promote sponsors and programs offered by Keiki O ka Aina.
Many groups that will be featured are previous partners with the Laulima Giving Program that share a passion for the Keiki and future generations. It is a chance for them to share their passion in fine arts and to encourage families to enroll their students into their programs to ignite and promote confidence, self awareness and a love for our culture.
We welcome families to come and join us at any of our 6 locations from 10am-4pm and offer them an opportunity to teach their keiki kindness and compassion by donating a toy, clothing or gift cards at any of drop off stations.
As a non-profit, Laulima depends solely upon the kind and generous donations from the local business communities. It receives no other type of funding.
